RETURN POLICY.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All items sold in this auction are final. Due to the nature of the items (pre-owned), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the auction has closed and payment has been processed. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly review item descriptions, images, and any details about the condition of the items before placing a bid.
2. Item Condition
Please note that most of the items offered for auction (gowns,swimsuits, heels and accessories) have been used during the Binibining Pilipinas and Miss Universe reign. As such, they may exhibit minimal wear, minor damages, or aging signs due to their years of existence and acquisition. Any visible damage or imperfections will be described in the auction listing, and bidders should bid based on these conditions.
3. Buyer’s Responsibility
By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as described and as seen in the provided photographs. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that the item is suitable for their purposes before committing to the auction.
